We spent a couple of overcast and/or rainy days reliving part of my husband’s childhood by going to the places that he visited for his summer vacations at the beach. To say the kids had a blast is an understatement – two straight days of eating pizza, french fries, ice cream, candy and playing boardwalk games, and they were in heaven.
Thankfully, the rest of our trip to Rehoboth and Lewes Beach was spent playing and swimming in the water. And eating something other than pizza and french fries.
